The Tree Planting Exercise: As part of activities commemorating the 2025 Human Rights Day, and marking the end of the year, HRCRC in collaboration with partners embarked on a tree planting in the premises of HRCRC and premises of key collaborators and partners such as the Nigeria Police Force, NATIONAL DRUGS LAW ENFORCEMENT , the Nigeria Correctional Service, the National Human Rights Commission, the Home for juveniles, the Ministries of Justice and Women Affairs and Social Development, amongst others.
This gesture is both a call to Climate Consciousness and a symbolic commitment to planting and nurturing the ideals of Justice, the rule of law, and Peace, while upholding the symbiotic relationship with our organization and others like ours.
This tree planting also simultaneously went on by our branches and volunteers across the state in the premises of traditional leaders and other community leaders after a sensitization exercise.
