The Right to life on which all other human rights hinge is usually firstly abused and disregarded in inter communal conflicts. Such is the case of Ngbo – Agila of Ebonyi and Benue states of Nigeria boundary dispute that has raged for decades along with the commensurate destruction in its wake.
