Meetings And Trainings on the New Standard of Operations for HRCRC
In the spirit of taking developmental stands, all staff of HRCRC gathered in the Thereza Ozor Nweke Conference Room of the office complex for a series of meetings and training on the New Standard of Operations for HRCRC.
The meeting saw the introduction of the new internet-based processes for the registration and processing of cases, allowing for remote access to the database, audio recording of complaints and responses, and general digitalization and computerization of our operations.
Also Fr. Emma Edet, our resident psychologist/therapist made an input on ‘Stress in the Workplace; while a few staff members were celebrated in our HRCRC style.
