Instituting HelpDesk Offices in Selected LGAs in Ebonyi: In the past months, HRCRC in collaboration with Enough is Enough Nigeria has implemented #myLGA project in 6 Local Governments of Ebonyi State. Ebonyi, Abakaliki, Ishielu, Afikpo, Onicha and Ezza North LGAs.
Last month, stakeholder townhall meetings was held in these 6 LGAs, instituting in each a Help Desk Office in the Local Secretariat as well as introducing the Help Desk Officers to the Citizens of these LGAs to enable them access to information, get answers to their numerous questions as well as holding the local government accountable through the right channels and approaches.
