Training and Re-training of HRCRC Branches Continues: In the past few weeks, HRCRC following our mandate to increase and strengthen local interventions have successfully trained over 100 individuals, constituted into 9 HRCRC branches across the State.
Our goal is to institute vibrant branches of HRCRC in every community in the state with capacities to mitigate local conflicts before they escalate; whilst advocating for Human Rights Respect.
The trainings are still ongoing. Look out for one in your location.

Training on Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Persons
Training on Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Persons: So last week, HRCRC participated in the annual 5-day Training and Interactive Safeguarding Workshop for all St. Patrick’s Missionary Society (SPMS) in West Africa Region parishes and projects Safeguarding Officers.
This annual activity helps to deepen our knowledge and practices in Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable persons in the course of our interventions.

Training and Re-training of HRCRC Iboko Branch Members: Following our resolve to deepen our interventions in the grassroots, HRCRC embarked on training and retraining all our branches across the state to increase the capacity of our Community Volunteers and branch members; to make them better positioned to intervene with results and impact. Yesterday Iboko was Trained. Next is Edda. Watch out when we are coming near you to join this capacity building exercise.
