HRCRC has an enthusiastic workforce organised in a family-like manner that is committed to humane service delivery. The governance structure is overseen by a dedicated Board of Trustees who meet at least twice a year, providing support and vision to the work of the Centre.
The Administration is coordinated by the Executive Director – George Etamesor, with the help of the Heads of the Three departments (Access to Justice, Peace Building, Women and Children and Counselling), the Registrar, and the Financial Officer.
