It was another huge and significant step forward for Ebonyi State as the government signed an MoU with Budgit to help facilitate a more transparent and accountable budgeting process in the state; with more citizens participation. As OGP Cochair Access to Information Ebonyi State, HRCRC was present in the meeting with the Commissioner for Finance, the Permanent Secretary, delegates from Budgit and others involved in the budget planning and preparation.
