Justice and Mercy – In the spirit of these Godlike twin concepts, the Chief Justice of Ebonyi State, His Lordship Alloy Nnwankwo embarked on a goal delivery on the 19th and 20th of July for inmates incarcerated in Afikpo and Abakaliki Prisons respectively; both in Ebonyi State. The exercise saw to the outright discharge of several inmates, especially those awaiting trial and those with no information filed for them. More lenient bail conditions were granted others.
